Panic Blip

Didn’t go out today due to not being 100%.
I have had a recurrence of a left arm and shoulder pain - psychosomatic probably due to reading the Salt Path and the Wild Silence. I was prescribed strong painkillers which together with an unwise long walk have made me very dehydrated (self diagnosis). Hence ornamental thistle in garden.
