Tara-the dog next door

Day 1 of dry September . Several reasons for the decision, it’s a whole load of calories I don’t need, it’s costly, drinking takes time in the moment but also detracts from the next day I think, I’m silly when I’ve had a drink or two and that’s not always a good thing, which I guess is why it’s part of the 5 Buddhist ethics. The last reason is just to prove to myself that I can do this ‘not drinking’ malarkey.

Shopping for bits n pieces, some of which will need to go back tomorrow.
Sorting camping stuff from one trip, ready to go again next week.

Hugs for friends whose families are stressing them, there seems to be a lot of it about.
