September ..

Another year is whizzing by and leaves have been falling for quite some time  due to .a mix of high temperatures & nocturnal rain .It's all rather Prussian in Berlin .Each year I listen to Peggy Lee and think of John Godber , a fabulous writer and actor..
He and his wife Jane performed  a work written by him entitled "September In The Rain ".. They incorporated the song .I leave a link .Listen if you like..Look at the leaves of brown with  their amazing colours  and enjoy natures palette .Note such spots are  hibernation areas for some creatures  so take care if you are considering burning  leaves or jabbing with a garden fork.
