"Resignation syndrome"

On my way to work I saw this drawing. 


The resignation syndrome is associated with asylum children only in Sweden with very serious apathy where the child stops moving, open eyes, etc. The syndrome is very controversial, debated, criticized and politicized. 

No matter what I think about this mysterious syndrome, I know at least one thing: I want a new Norwegian government with a more humane asylum policy than we have today.
