Speed of Light

Taken a trip to Manchester to visit Scarlett Haberdashery and we popped out to see the Speed of Light at Salford Quays.

It was a very surreal thing. I was more taken by the light trails than the runners. As a non runner I wondered what would make you want to take part in such an event. They were hardly pushing the running side and they did have to make some weird patterns. As a spectator it was funny to watch but it was only when I viewed the pictures I saw the art element. That then is art, different things to different people.

I am looking forward to being mad about Manchester this weekend.
