The building inspector...

6.15 this morning I once again came across my friendly neighbourhood fox. I had the proper camera this time but only with the macro lens attached and the light was pretty awful.

There has been tendency recently for developers to buy up the space between the backs of properties to build new housing, which has meant a great deal of digging to lay in utilities. Mr Fox had wandered to the end of one such recent trench and was having a good old sniff around when I caught up with him. He did look up briefly at the sound of my camera but those shots were even more fuzzy than this one!
