Perfectly ordinary shooting party

As some might say.

I'm working on Saturday so had a half day today. Mrs SJR and I took the dogs for a walk to Loch Kemp. We approached through a network of forest tracks then got to a gate with a sign discouraging onward progress because there was shooting going on. I know the area quite well and we took another unrestricted track leading to another part of the loch.

We had our picnic here. As we dined we spotted a line of Land Rovers and estate cars traversing the track on the far side of the loch, obviously on the return from the aforementioned POSP. On our return we took a diversion to Loch Paiteag (which I'm sure will be pronounced Pattack). It was unexpectedly pretty and both dogs got a cooling off swim. Extra
