Match-Sticks

...or match-heads, or Grape Hyacinths or Muscari. There wasn't even a sign of them 5 or 6 days ago.  I noticed them yesterday, they obviously were waiting for spring to be official !!
Warm today - spent much of it outdoors, easy to potter in the garden when the weather plays ball.....22 deg, nice.
Covid Stats - 20 new cases, 727 total, 43 in hospital, 7 of those in ICU. Sadly a woman in her 90s has died of Covid and was a household contact of a case.
Of course, as expected the news (TV & Radio) and on-line is full of the tragedy and how it has unfolded yesterday.  Just to say the trauma many are and will continue to be experiencing is horrendous.  The victims were aged between 29 and 77, with three still in a critical condition. Those poor folk and the shoppers who were caught up in the attach will live with the horror for ever.  Oh dear.
