Lake district

After a nice relaxed morning in Bristol with Dash, having coffee and chatting to the bar staff, caught the bus to the airport. Arrived irritatingly prompt, leaving me with an hour and a half to kill without much of a book to read, and having run out of mobile Internet, no podcasts to listen to.

Flight over was quick, and thank god it was because I was sat next to the smelliest, fattest most grumpy man ever. Spending an hour breathing in the putrid sour stench of his folds was not a pleasant experience - I directed my attention of of the window to get as fresh a breath as possible, but you could still tell when he moved because a wave of stale air would wash over you.

However, looking down over the snow topped peaks of the Lake District, spotted this lovely corrie.

Arrived in edinburgh to a bitter, bitter wind and decided that it would have been impossible to even pack enough clothes into your allocated hand baggage. Headed off to the boys flat where I've booked some floor space, went to Tesco as to not drain their resources, and went to the pub in the evening with them and Sean. Good day it was.
