This has appeared in the building site that now makes up the park that used to be at the bottom of my street. They are redirecting the flow of a nearby stream, so it will be interesting to see how this fits in to the landscaping they are doing. It’s supposed to be completed by November, so we should see it take shape as time passes. No idea at this stage what it’s for.
