Spring ?

The garden is dry so I went out with some watering cans earlier and found that these cornflowers (usually Spring flowers) are flowering again.  There are half a dozen blooms and several buds still to open - really weird, but provided a colourful autumnal bloom!
Spent time cutting back a few shrubs, leaving any flowers for the bees that are still active out there.
