Eastbourne day

We had to take the car back to Eastbourne briefly so spent the day there. A lovely walk along the seafront and then a picnic on the beach. It was so hot today and the water was calm so lots of swimming. We've just been to a very hot and sweaty track night at running club. Blip is from  the path to the beach and extra the calm sea from our beach spot.
