More Sunflowers

I had my first Airflow EMS treatment at the dentist this morning. It was painless which was a relief.
I had a good catch up with Moira J. Hope to see her soon.
I did some decluttering in the afternoon, and made a start on my tax return.
My early evening yoga class went well. I shared coherent breathing with them.
I made a quick visit to the allotment before it got dark. The sunflowers are still a dazzle of colour !
