A study in patience

I had to wait in for the new television to be delivered, and as expected it don’t turn up until mid afternoon. Poppy has been very good waiting for her walk and fortunately the garden is all in shade a this time of year so we’ve had lots of games on the lawn instead. As she’s never really got the hang of ‘fetch’ it involves her chasing two balls alternately and me walking endlessly up and down the garden. So it’s good for us both.
Now we’re off down the riverbank before supper.

PS She has to go for an ultrasound scan tomorrow so please cross fingers for her.
