St Ives

It was a beautiful day in St Ives today, though it was very busy. The sea looked beautiful and there were lots of people on the beach and much activity in the Surf School, with a continual round of groups of people being led to the sea with their surf boards and, after some practice, back out again. We planned to go to the Barbara Hepworth garden to view her sculpture but sadly we somehow managed to book tickets for the wrong day. So we consoled ourselves with a cuppa in the Tate which is the subject of my photo.
