another one just begun!

this one has only got a thin layer of paint and has a long way to go, bit i'm loving the dramatic dark background with bright floral motif.   Looking forward to spending tomorrow with my painter's apron on!  Should be in the pottery mode, but i'm giving myself 1 more day!!!

Yesterday and today have been too busy to be in the studio painting....yesterday lots going on, culminating with a small gathering to celebrate Danielle completing the first year of her 3 year retreat here at the A Frame Cabin!   We had a lovely pot luck dinner together with a few other friends.   See here for her going into the retreat!

Today has been another busy one.   2 cabins to get ready for folks coming in this afternoon.   I did manage to take some time to take part in a zoom session with an artist i like...so that was cool.

Off out for dinner...we deserve it :)
