Forest bath time

Needed a forest bathing fix so called my friend M and she popped over to walk. We went to a wee park I’d not gone to in years it was a wonderful woodsy walk ... a loop down a dirt trail that returned on a gravel/ dirt road, it went to a lake that had a tiny sandy beach . The collage shows parts of the wooded trail with a vertical tree growing out of a vertical nursing log . Unusual
Lots of beautiful old growth trees . Just what I needed!!!
