We are in the market for a new home

Our home is attached to a business which we have just sold. We hadn't meant to sell the house but the new owners are returning from overseas and need somewhere to live so asked if they could buy the house. So we are house hunting.
This is the amazing view from the property we looked at today. That is Maungatautari (Sanctuary Mountain) in the distance.  Its a bird sanctuary, ring fenced with pest free fencing.   We quite liked the house as well.
