Appley Waspish

When we made cider last year the wasps descended, and we spent half of our time fishing them out on sticks to dry out in the sun and then carry on their way. So this year was a small sacrificial bowl of honey. And typically only one or two wasps turned up.

Anyway, two 5L demijohns are now on the kitchen counter starting to ferment (one with an addition of sloes, having been drained from the gin they've been resting in for the last year).
