Stowaways

Apparently my "regular" (as in "not the reading ones") glasses and my cell phone were having such a riotously good time at Nora's birthday party in Vermont on Saturday that they opted to hide behind the sofa cushions rather than return home to Boston with us! 

For the past 5 days I've been peering at things further away than a foot from my nose, and rather enjoying not hearing the phone ring every few minutes!  Today they arrived safe and sound via FedEx (long wait because of the Labor Day holiday!) so all is back to normal now!
