Top of the World

My bro-in-law took us for a drive up their local mountains today.

On one side, the picturesque town of Barberton is carved into the mountainside with huge tropical fruit orchards spreading into the lush valley below. On the other side, the steep cliffs and gorges are blanketed with paper mill pine plantations that hug the contour of the rugged landscape.

Steep roads, hair pin turns, endless vistas with layers of ridges disappearing into the haze...gorgeous.
