Backside of a sunflower in H's garden. She said it looks like it's telling me to 'P' off! Bit like my dogs when I try and take a photo of them.

Really lazy day today, apart from a browse. round JL and school pick up run, I've not done much. If anything a day of inactivity has made me feel more tired!
