Warm colours

Part of the bouquet my nieces brought me last week-end.

Had an interesting consultation with a massage therapist who has given me good advice with regard to my 'trigger finger'.  I now have very soft hands and have learnt a lot about the construction of my fingers.  C is really a sports  therapist but he came highly recommended and said he was sure he could help me and he did.
