Evening swim

It really was one of the nicest evenings of the late summer and the while family decided after dinner, even though the sun was already going down, to go for a swim. It’s 20 mins drive, and 10 mins walk, so we were in the water enjoying the last light, as dusk arrived on Halwillersee. The water was a a good 22deg C, and like glass, we swam a long way out, then could easily find our way back to our little bus shelter swimming spot. What a fabulous end to a busy day, and of course It was the second swim of the day, with a fairly decent one in Zurisee at lunchtime.
