I do like to be beside the seaside!

A pleasant walk around Mount Batten this afternoon in warm sunshine and it was good to be the first occasion without crutches or walking pole. This is a slightly different view of the Plymouth waterfront across the stretch of water where the River Plym meets The Sound. Known as The Cattewater for hundreds of years, the name apparently takes its name from an outcrop of rock said to resemble a cat. The extra is a pilot gig owned by the local club.
