No photos today

We left the cottage this morning after a walk down the river. Could not believe that the main road through Stanhope was closed due to a brass band playing. No warning and to diversion signs, just closed. The sat nav kept telling us to do a u turn for about three miles and then gave in and took us across country to the next village.
Beautiful route but could have done without it.
Then got to usually coffee shop and it was closed so we had to join the que at services for loos.
Then traffic very slow on A1.
Got home later than expected, unpacked and walked into town to get my photo taken in one of those booths, needed for a legal appointment on Monday morning. Anyway realised I had not taken any photos today so here is Hetty waiting for the cyclists yesterday, vantage point sat on chair looking out of first floor window gave her a great view of the corner they came round.
