Picture Perfect

So very windy and cold. I went onto the harbor this morning, the tide wasnt the whole way in but the sea was already quite wild and rough, it was already bashing the harbor walls and I wasnt hanging about for high tide in that lot! Managed to get caught in sea spray even though I was a good distance from the harbor wall. So I trotted home (drove) once again damp and salty.
I had a fiddle around in Elements with this shot as I was sick of the dreary grey skies. Quite like this effect, I'd love to be able to draw well and this process does it for me.
