Finally!!

For the first time since March 12th 2020 our son has a chess competition match! It’s been 18 months… He missed it lots and lots and lots. His face said it all today: sparkling eyes and lots of smiles before the game, full focus when they started. He lost his game, the team didn’t win, but in a way everybody won today. Finally back behind the chessboard! A good day.
