Grand old Lady in Swedish literature

Apologies for using a blip of my TV.  This is Kerstin Ekman, a Swedish writer with integrity.  She was elected as a member of the Swedish Academy of Literature in 1978 but decided to leave it in 1989 because of different opinions within the Academy of how the handle the Iranian threats on Salman Rushdi. Unfortunately, the statues of the Academy only accepted one reason for leaving.  The statues were changed in 2018 and she could finally leave the academy.  Now, at the age of 88, she has published another novel: “Löpa varg”.    It is about a man and his relation to nature and a wolf.
