Children too…

We had to pop into town first thing and passed a new shop raising funds to support children with cancer. I will certainly return and give it my support. This disease is no respector of persons or age.

Valerie will remain in hospital tonight for further scans tomorrow and to meet with her consultant to discuss new treatment. She finally had an MRI today which showed the spread of the cancer in her pelvic area but not in her spine. For that we give thanks.

The community lunch today was wonderful. A truly happy time and really enjoyed by guests and hosts alike.

This evening we were thrilled to have FaceTime with Esmée and Théa enjoying their first bath together. Esmée gave very careful attention to her sister.
