Hide and seek

A lovely unexpected sunny day for a walk this afternoon, after an unexpected invitation to lunch at a friend's house! This Long tailed Tit along with a couple of his friends were enjoying playing hide and seek with me and this was the best shot I had but I just loved listening to their chattering.
The extra is a fungus I spotted on the path edge, it was the size of a dinner plate and at least an inch thick so I thought it deserved to be recorded here.
