Twickenham and a historic car

I went for a walk with Kate and she was beside a self when she saw this car which she knew all about, it used to belong to Stirling Moss and apparently sold for $11 million, he can see his signature on the front, I told her to pose with it as if she owned it, it was actually stunning and just parked on the road, we decided to pop into the pub and see if we could see who owned it, impossible to tell obviously but we did hear it raw past the pub where we were sitting by the river sometime later.
I also had a look in Kates father‘s cousin Freda’s house who has recently passed away, it’s an amazing place which was occupied by members of her family for almost 100 years, her father was killed by a flying bomb in the war when she was only 14 nearby, there’s been a play written about it. The house is beautiful tucked away just next to the river in the old part of Twickenham, much bigger on the inside and it looks. Kate gave me some little wineglasses, they’re the small ones which you can’t really seem to buy now, Max particularly likes them and was very pleased.

As the day wore on and I had tried a couple of her craft gins we decided we would have dinner together, Max had been working very hard photographing a wedding all day and Kates husband Tim was also slaving over a hot computer all day so we thought it would be nice to surprise them with a takeaway from our amazing local Japanese Sushibae, it’s been lovely to have an unplanned and organic sort of a day and did us all good.

Gulliver and Erin went to the gig which Ricky Wilde invited them to, Kim Wilde was also there and Ricky‘s daughter Scarlett who sings as well. The gig was Harry Fowler who is Kim’s son, it was a tiny little venue which was a record shop that sells coffee and there weren’t that many people there, the kids said Ricky was really lovely to them and very friendly and very enthusiastic about Gullivers playing, they said Harrys gig was really good and he was great. Ricky has asked Gulliver to send him the parts to the track that he’s played it as he wants to add some keyboards and get his engineer to do some work on it, wow how amazing! Wait till he hears Erin sing!
