Wild Garlic

Went on a foraging day today, for wild garlic. Collected a load of it, then it was back to Lucia's for some info on what to do with it and a four course meal. She runs the foraging days and is a wealth of knowledge.

Lucia is chopping it up in this photo, ready to make pesto. She also put it in dumplings to have with a casserole, and in with some fried potatoes. Got home,and I've made some pesto and put some in a bottle to make wild garlic olive oil.

It's very very tasty!
