More Seeded Bread

I've done more baking today; two wholemeal seeded loaves and a white bloomer. They'll go straight in the freezer when they've cooled down and will be our bread supply for the next week or so. I love baking at the weekend when it's cold and miserable outside, and it makes the kitchen lovely and warm plus it smells great.. there are so many good reasons to do it!
