Sweet Peas

Still adding colour and scent to the garden, even though the trees are taking on an autumn tint.

The first ever sleepover with our 2 small grandsons went exceptionally well after an initial wobble from the 4 year old. We were pleased to be able to visit the village library in person at last, followed by a trip to the stream to throw sticks and play in the playpark. Bedtime was fine, although it involved at least thirty verses of  the three (thirty) craws sitting on a wa' and that is now stuck in my head.

It was a very very early start to the day so I had a wee nap in the afternoon after they went home.. Bliss. It was really great hanging out with them, they do make me laugh and their Mum & Dad had a good time.
