Daffodil Update

I first blipped these daffodils on 3rd March when they looked well on the way to a normal spring flowering. A fortnight ago they were blipped in a swirling snow shower and as you can see today they have their own little snow drift.

But they are a resilient breed. The heads are still there, ready to open when the time is right and unlike snowdrops and crocuses which hug the ground the daffodils stand high or at least they should.

Next week British Summer Time begins so let's see what next Sunday brings!!
