Newby Hall Flower Show

What a lovely day out with my friend Pat to the Autumn Flower Show, newly located to Newby Hall. I used to take my boys here when they were children - we loved it.
The ticket included Newby’s gardens and the Hall, complete with stunning floral decorations - the blip features the central decoration on entry. The borders down to the river were still looking super - and again today -lots of butterflies. Managed to get a front seat (hay bale) for Jonathan Moseley’s - always entertaining - flower arranging demonstration during a short downpour- then the sun came out - how good is that!
