Flooded path

Not the best day to be wading through water that had flooded over the footpath while wearing calf height boots, when the water was higher...This sign post is normally on the edge of the river bank.
Needless to say, with freezing cold soaking feet I had to dash home, to the dog's confusion to change footwear before venturing out again!
