Peeling Paint And A Ghost Sign

We have spent most of the day at Mrs madwill’s studio - getting ready to vacate at the end of the month.

The decorators started today - the place has to be fully decorated inside and out before handing back to the property company. They started on the outside today…hopefully that will be finished tomorrow and then they can move inside to paint.

We dismantled / broke up some display and storage units - and I demolished an insulation ‘wall’ that I had made (from timber battening and thick polystyrene panels) - this was inside the large metal roller shutter door to the ‘warehouse’ (that became the shop) to keep the draughts and cold at bay. We have never even used the the roller shutter!!

One again my car is full of rubbish - and we brought it all home to store until I can get rid of it.

Someone from a school came to take away a table to see if it will be suitable for re-use in their school - if it is she may well come back for more.

Whilst waiting for her to arrive, I wandered around the back of the building and found some bits for blip - a wonderfully a-peeling (sic) pair of doors - and a faded, peeling sign for “Medallion Sportswear - Manufacturer of cotton rugby jerseys & sports clothing” - see extra.

This is my Derelict Sunday challenge entry! Thanks to Marlieske for hosting again.
