7.30am start for walk with three other ladies and a man - took in this view towards neighbouring village and Thornton Moor - immediately preceded Pilates with another lady V - a new to me class - thoroughly enjoyed it - long chat sat on garden wall with neighbour - Mrs W - finally terminated R’s mobile phone - made arrangements with family about scattering his ashes - in my view something that has to be done sooner rather than later
