Main crop…

…just coming on stream.
For manyMANY years I've done the "age old trick" of leaving some canes for an early crop - BUT - comparing those measly-sized things to the Maincrop, I'm beginning to wonder if there's much point in the exercise?
And NO, it's not blood.
Helical Tubing the dictionary hasn't even got Maincrop in its Lexicon.

Update I had a small attack on the back garden, result 4504 Paces and not quite night plus a "few fewer" weeds.
