Netherbow Bell cast

Tailors Hall built
Hunting & Haukling Act

Standards of Building set that housing should be covered in slate, stone or lead.

Parliament Act to permit Edinburgh Town Council to pipe water from Comiston Springs to the city centre but disputes meant over 50yrs before started happening. Wooden pipes were found recently under where new Ed Uni Accommodation is, made from hollowed elm trees.

Nor Loch (Princes Street Gardens) pollution - illness spread typhoid & cholera.

South Loch Borough Loch (The Meadows) many walked with buckets of water.

Mary King's Close was called Alexander King's Close in 1621.

So if the city hadn't been arguing for 50+ yrs Edinburgh would have piped water from springs much sooner.

Am sure there lots more to 1621.
