Flight of the hummingbird.....

Well the day started being poked and prodded at the doctors office to make sure I was fit enough to drive another year. With the exception of gaining a few pounds - everything else was better than last year. Once I got my medical certificate I headed to the department of motor vehicles to renew my commercial license for another year. After that I headed to work so the company could get a copy of my medical certificate - for insurance reasons.. 6 1/2 hours later I got back home...

Tomorrow will be a normal workday - with a very long run...
