Leaf shadows

As the forecast suggested a beautiful day (correctly) I checked whether there were any slots available to visit RHS Bridgewater at breakfast time.  I booked in for the afternoon, so after a supermarket shopping trip and a load of laundry on the line I headed out for a walk.  J decided he didn't want to join me, so I could wander further and faster than sometimes.

I really like the hot border just outside the walled garden - though I'll be interested to see how the bananas like the Manchester climate over the next few years.  I also love the hexagonal honeycomb raised beds in the well-being garden (extra).
