Seven Asparagus Shoots

Rechecking our garden this afternoon after a couple of days.

Fortunately we found that all of our plants seem to be thriving so far.

We are excited to see lettuce and radishes sprouting from the seeds we planted.

Best of all, three of our 5 asparagus plants have sent up stalks.

One plant has seven stalks coming up.

We have new pets in our lives as these asparagus plants will be with us a very long time.
