To be honest, I hope Carlos is out when I order.

We were at the Haute Wheels event today where many roach coaches/germ carts show up to cater for the masses. It was so busy with Qs lasting an hour at some vans.

Gill loved the Good Dog Company, hot dogs - had a dog called Guaca-dog (of the tofu variety); Jess's fave was PB&J with strawbs; mine was a chicken mole (pr mo-lay) taco, so good!

To get an idea of the cuisine check out Tiffany Harelik. She writes Trailer Food Diaries which are cookbooks with recipes from the germ carts. She was working on the first Houston book today. Interesting person but I doubt weight watchers will feature her books!
