In Leeds yesterday I saw this huge mural of Rob Burrow, former Leeds Rhinos player who has MND. He's doing amazing work raising funds and awareness of this cruel disease despite his frail and deteriorating condition.

I was feeling a bit sorry for myself today when my first ever private counselling client cancelled at the last minute. Then I saw this photo from yesterday on my phone and gave myself a good shake.
