Lunch in the Forbury

This morning we walked into Reading. On the way there we stopped for coffee in Caversham. Daughter texted to ask me to get a number 8 ballon for my granddaughter birthday tomorrow as she is a bit busy. Daughter and grandchildren had to go for a COVID test as son in law has got COVID.  He is not too bad with it. Thank goodness. 
We did manage to get the balloon then we dropped it off a daughters house with out the grandchildren seeing us. We put it in the bin just as I was leaving youngster granddaughter came to the door but I managed to get out without them seeing me. 
We had lunch in the Forbury gardens then got the bus home. Finally got home at 3.15pm.
