Enjoying the seed heads

I thought this tiny Hoverfly looked like he was doing handstands and loved the way the sun momentarily caught his wings. I had been intending to remove the seedheads from this small Anemone plant now the flowers have all but gone, but seeing this little chap so busy I've decided to leave them a little longer.
