Equinox plus 1

Tonight R participated in our running club 'Equinox 5km race' along the seafront. I opted out when I fell off my bike so was a supporter today. It was such a beautiful evening, and he did a great time too = blip. 
This morning, after coffee and shopping in Lewes, I did go for a slow run today.... on the recovery road :) We also went to a festival of Tidemills tonight- a short walk along the beach.... Bringing back to life a derelict village, condemned as unfit for habitation in1936 and abandoned in 1939.
